Male Perspectives on The Value of Women at Work is an exploration of the value women bring to the world of work - from the variety of perspectives of a rich diversity of men who highlight some of the things that women uniquely bring to the workplace. They also highlight challenges that impede women’s ability to realise their full potential – both at individual and systemic levels.

Join us for an insightful series of events from the 16th of November, 2023 as we explore the immense value that women bring to the workplace. These Masterclasses will increase your awareness of the value women bring to the workplace, and your knowledge of how to leverage it.

Allyship Conversations: Exploring the Black British Experience

As we observe Black History Month in Britain, join us in a reflective thinking space to address the current climate. In light of the disproportionate impact of Covid-19 on people of colour and the significance of the Black Lives Matter movement, it is crucial to:

  • Acknowledge the existing challenges,

  • Celebrate the positives,

  • Determine steps for a more inclusive future.

During this month, we offer a unique "Thinking Space" for small groups of Senior Executive Decision Makers to reflect on race and privilege. Together, we aim to facilitate effective dialogue and inspire meaningful action within your organisation and beyond.
