Fresh from this year’s United Nations Commission on the Status of Women, Susan Popoola, founder of Mosaic Fusions Ltd and author of Male Perspectives on The Value of Women at Work will be hosting a Masterclass for a small group of leaders during which she will share her insight on the challenges pertaining to the Gender Pay Gap, encouraging others to share their thoughts and providing practical steps for leaders to take to reduce the gap within their organisations and wider spheres of influence
